The core idea
No. Ciaralink Projects never stores your ID. The safest ID data is the ID data we never hold.
When someone needs to prove who they are, we do not ask them to email us a photo of their licence. Instead the check is run by an accredited, regulated provider whose entire job is doing this safely. We receive only a simple yes or no result and an opaque reference token. We never see, handle or store the ID document itself, the card number, or the bank details behind it.
Our payment provider verifies identity and bank ownership to Australian financial standards. They hold the sensitive documents. We get the result.
ABNs are confirmed against the official government register, so a verified business really is a registered business.
Adults who supervise or mentor young people are validated against the state WWCC scheme before they are ever near a child.

You can browse, join a community and start a project completely free, with nothing to prove. Verification only happens at the one moment it matters: when real money is about to change hands. That single rule protects buyers from fraud, and protects young creators from anyone who should not be there. Ciaralink Projects charges a 5 percent platform fee, and only on a successful sale.

Every payment involving a person under 18 goes to their verified parent or guardian, never to the child. The guardian is the one who verifies, and the money lands in the guardian's account.
Total honesty about your data
We keep your first name, your suburb, a verified yes or no badge, an opaque reference token, and your consents. We never keep your ID document, your date of birth, your card numbers or your bank account numbers. The short version: we hold the least we can to make the community work, and none of the things that could hurt you if they ever leaked.
